Quick Bagel

Macros (1 bagel): 9P/24C/1F

Recipe adapted from Skinny Taste

Ingredients

⇢5 Oz whole wheat flour 

⇢7 Oz Greek yogurt (I used a small container of FAGE 0%)

⇢2 Tsp baking powder 

⇢½ Tsp kosher salt

⇢1 Egg whisked 

⇢Bagel seasoning (I used Everything But the Bagel seasoning) 

 

Directions

⇢Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt

⇢Add in yogurt and combine until it looks like small crumbles

⇢Turn out onto lightly floured surface and kneed to combine (shouldn't be sticky)

⇢Divide into 4 balls and shape (I rolled into balls, poked a hole in them and stretched them out a bit)

⇢Brush on egg wash and sprinkle seasoning on both sides 

⇢Place on parchment or silicone sheet on a baking sheet 

⇢Bake a 375F for 25 minutes
