Berry & Seed Oats

Macros: 8P/37C/7F


⇢40g Old fashioned oats (1/2 cup)

⇢40g Frozen blueberries (1/3 cup)

⇢6g Chia Seeds (1/2 tablespoon)

⇢7g Flax seeds (1 Tablespoon)

⇢Dash Cinnamon

⇢1/2- 1 cup water (texture preference, thicker oats=less water)


⇢Combine oats, cinnamon, chia seeds and water in bowl.  Microwave for 90 seconds (watch can overflow depending on how much water you use!)

⇢Stir in ground flax and blueberries. I love using frozen berries because they cool down the oats just enough to eat it right away!


Try mixed berries (frozen cherries, raspberries)

Add a drizzle of peanut butter, maple syrup or honey

Add a splash of milk on top for a berries n' cream feel

I often combine these exact oats with the previous veggie omelette for a post workout breakfast 😍
