Pumped-Up Pumpkin

MACROS: 19P/23C/9F (1/2 recipe)

‘Tis the season for all things pumpkin! This recipe was inspired by a recipe I saw Camille Leblanc-Bazinet make. I switched it up by adding in the RX vanilla almond butter… yum! This is great as a snack or if you want to indulge a bit try using this a a base and topping it with some graham crackers, chopped nuts or a dollop of whipped cream!


-1 can 100% pure pumpkin

-1 scoop Ascent vanilla protein powder

-1 package Rx nut butter - vanilla almond flavor

- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

- pinch of salt


  1. Empty pumpkin contents into large bowl or Tupperware.

  2. Stir in protein powder, spice and salt until completely combined.

  3. Swirl in almond butter.

  4. Enjoy straight away off of the spoon or let chill in the fridge. Divide the recipe up into 4 or 8 servings for an appetizer or lighter dessert on Thanksgiving!
